About the Files:
The files are mono 56 kbps mp3 format, 1 minute in length. Each group
is tagged as a separate "album" using ID3v1/ID3v2 mp3 tags
and comes in its own folder for easy use in a PC music library. Each
group also comes with an m3u playlist file for easy playing,
although I find just calling up the "albums" in the music library of
my favorite music player the best way to use them.
These are perfect for copying to a laptop or portable mp3 player
and taking with you when you have a gig. You can choose the ones you
need by folder, key, temperament, make your own scales, etc.
Note: the included m3u playlist files use relative file locations
and therefore may not be compatible with some music players.
Equal temperament tones were created on a Yamaha keyboard using
the purest tone possible. Just intonation tones were created using
the amazing
Scala
program created by Manuel Op de Coul.
672 total tone files / 74 total folders / ~260 total MB of files.
